ABOUT THE VESSEL
The Atoll Explorer is a purpose-built Maldivian cruise vessel, designed for making its way through coral reefs and into shallow lagoons.
ACCOMMODATION
20 comfortable air-conditioned cabins, with either double or 2 single beds. 12 have picture windows whilst the remaining 8 have private balconies. All are equipped with attached facilities, limited wardrobe space, piped music and telephone.
ON BOARD
The atmosphere on board is “laid back” with no pretension. Dress code is shorts and swim wear during the day and casual dress in the evening.
ONBOARD FACILITIES
Facilities include indoor/outdoor dining, lounge bar, 2 sun decks, 2 Jacuzzis, fully-equipped diving base.
ITINERARIES
The 2 alternating itineraries are each of 7 night’s duration and visit a number of islands for a variety of experiences. Highlights will include beach BBQs and many opportunities to swim, snorkel, sunbathe and wind surf.
DIVING
The fully equipped diving base on the ship is run by Euro Divers, to top PADI standards. Local motorised boats are utilised for visits to reefs and the best diving spots.
